A growing private security firm is hiring a full-time Recruiter to help build and scale its guard force across Northern California. This is a hybrid, high-impact role ideal for someone who loves being out in the field, meeting people, and making a tangible difference. You'll represent the company at job fairs and community events while also leading the full recruiting process.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Represent the company at hiring events, trade schools, and job fairs across Northern California
• Build candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, and community outreach
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews and assessments
• Oversee onboarding activities, background checks, and licensing compliance
• Collaborate with admin support and operations to meet hiring goals
• Track pipeline progress and report metrics to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of proactive recruiting experience (ideally high-volume or field-based roles)
• Must have event coordination and outreach experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and represent the brand professionally at events
• Strong plus if you have familiarity with guard licensing, background checks, or credential verification

Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $65K–$75K (depending on experience) + Annual Bonus $5-10K
