Job Description



We are looking for a Real Estate   Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced Transactions and Joint Ventures Team. You will be based at our corporate headquarters located in the Denver Tech Center in  Denver, CO!  AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore  this is an in-office, on-site five days per week opportunity.

 

Where You Will Work 

Our corporate office is located in the  Denver Tech Center . Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. 

AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be  in-office 5 days a week  to support operations.

What You Will Do: 

 

  • Support the disposition and due diligence process by creating reports and collecting documents
  • Support JV management by reviewing and analyzing financials
  • Research and answer financial questions related to disposition and JV communities
  • Review potential disposition communities and identify areas of concern
  • Assist in maintaining property information database to streamline sales process
  • Maintain and update property level cash flows
  • Support ad hoc work (Joint Venture partner requests, budget vs. actual vs. reforecast comparison, disposition analysis, loading reports to JV partner data rooms)
  • Engage, and provide relevant information, third-party appraisers to determine GAV annually which informs our platform fees.
  • Help our leaders understand the business and make better decisions by collecting, analyzing, and presenting information
  • Make the business better by contributing to diagnosis of complex problems, and the development and implementation of projects to solve them

Qualifications



What You Will Bring: 

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical discipline such as Accounting, Finance, or Economics. 
  • 0-3 years of experience in a business finance or related role. 
  • SQL, Excel, or other coding experience is preferred. 
  • Experience presenting data and analytics to senior leadership. 
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
