Position Summary

A real estate investment management firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst or Associate to join its Acquisitions and Asset Management team. This position offers hands-on exposure across the full investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, underwriting, due diligence, asset-level execution, and portfolio performance analysis.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in financial analysis, an interest in real estate private equity, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities

Acquisitions:

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investment opportunities
• Support the due diligence process, including lease analysis, market research, and third-party coordination
• Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda and internal presentations
• Conduct property tours, submarket research, and assist in transaction execution

Asset Management:

• Support the ongoing strategic and operational oversight of portfolio assets
• Track leasing activity, monitor financial performance, and analyze variances to business plans
• Prepare internal reporting materials and assist with investor communications
• Collaborate with property managers, leasing teams, and development consultants as needed
