● Other private label (360labs.com) brands offering functional superfood blends
Position Overview:
360 Labs is seeking an organized, business-minded, and proactive Project Manager to act as a liaison between our sales/marketing efforts and operations teams, ensuring products and orders are completed on track and on time. The ideal candidate will be a master at juggling multiple priorities and managing tight timelines. Bonus if you have a passion for matcha and other superfood wellness!
You should be a good mix of detail-oriented and business-savvy, as well as a people leader who can guide and motivate cross-functional teams. This role will be based out of the manufacturing facility at Monterey Park, with occasional meetings at the Sencha Naturals headquarters in Irvine, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
● Drive project communication and accountability, helping team members ensure tasks are on track and delivered on time
● Work closely with marketing/sales, R&D, procurement, quality assurance, and production to help facilitate new product development
● Proactively take on miscellaneous tasks to support team needs, for ex. collaborating with operations to explore alternative packaging options, ensuring deadlines for paperwork are met in a timely manner by proactively communicating with internal and external teams.
● Communicate with production scheduling and sales teams to ensure orders are delivered on time
● Keep relevant documentation organized and accessible for rest of the team and provide solutions to make tedious tasks more efficient
Qualifications:
● Degree in business, project management, or related discipline.
● 3-5 years of work experience in operations, or delivering products in the CPG food and beverage industry
● Excellent communication and judgement
● Bilingual in English and Spanish
● Proficient with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
● Netsuite experience or similar ERP system is a plus
● Passion for matcha, wellness, or natural products is a plus!
