Operations Project Manager (6-Month Contract) – Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid)

We’re working with a confidential client to fill two Operations Project Manager roles on a 6-month contract . These positions are based in Lake Mary, FL and require on-site work three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).

Overview

This role is operationally focused within the enrollment and billing space. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience and be comfortable working cross-functionally, presenting to stakeholders, and leading initiatives from end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned enrollment & billing initiatives including workplan development, stakeholder management, change management, implementation, and communication of project status.
• Use the Workforce Model to manage work and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to gather business requirements and ensure alignment throughout project phases.
• Develop and execute process improvement and implementation plans, supporting seamless transitions from legacy systems.
• Create metrics and reporting dashboards to drive visibility across operations.
• Prepare presentations, deliver reports to leadership, and escalate issues or risks as needed.
• Work independently, demonstrate initiative, and think analytically.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience
• Experience managing large-scale workflows and end-to-end projects
• Strong verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to all levels, including large groups
• Background in healthcare is a plus, but not required

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.
