Apex Systems is currently hiring a Program/Project Manager to join a growing client in Denver, CO.

Term: 6-month contract to start, strong potential for extensions and potential for conversion

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Onsite Requirement: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote per week

Pay range: $65-75/hr

What You’ll Do:

Technical Project Delivery (60%)

• Lead end to end project mgt for technical, analytics projects from scoping and planning through execution and delivery
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines and deliverables, track progress and flag risks early
• Coordinate across data engineers, analytics, architecture, and business stakeholders to align on priorities
• Ensure effective documentation, reporting, and communication of project status to various audiences

Organizational Process Development (40%)

• Partner with leadership, Architecture, Design and Testing team to refine and implement standardized Enablement practices
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop, refine and implement project management practices internally
• Create templates, playbooks, and frameworks to support consistent and repeatable project execution

What You Bring:

• 3–5+ years of project/program management experience, ideally within analytics, data, or tech teams
• Proven ability to juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong communicator who can tailor messaging across audiences
• Experience building and improving team-level or org-wide processes
• Proficiency with PM tools—especially JIRA
• PMP or similar certification is a plus (but not required)
