Program Manager (Non-Tech 2) | Puget Sound, WA

We’re looking for a Program Manager (Non-Tech 2) to join a Fortune 500 Client in Puget Sound, WA. This is a 3-month, 100% onsite contract role offering the opportunity to lead employee experience programs, drive cross-functional initiatives, and deliver high-impact results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, lead, and execute a portfolio of complex programs, including timelines, milestones, and financial management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (engineering, business, product teams) to deliver compliant programs end-to-end
  • Drive employee experience initiatives such as GIVE, Hackathon/FHL, AI Skilling, D&I, and major employee events (Summer Social, Winter Jam, Lobby Livestreams)
  • Produce proposals, strategy decks, and pitch content to communicate value to stakeholders
  • Lead rhythm of business (ROB) activities and global/local strategy execution with consistency and cohesion
  • Use data, metrics, and storytelling to demonstrate program impact and drive engagement

What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of program/project management experience in non-technical environments
  • MBA or related master's degree preferred; bachelor's degree required
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and ensure accountability
  • Previous Client experience and PMP/PMI certification are strong pluses

💵 Pay: $60–$65/hr.
