Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Program Office and Operational Execution Support. Focus on production planning, manufacturing readiness, review and generation of production plans.
• Oversee cross functional special project planning and execution.
• The ideal candidate would be familiar with RTX Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM).
• With an emphasis on working on Production Plans: manufacturing readiness levels, ensure continuity of supply, capacity/throughput plans, creation of baseline production plan to align with RLPM requirements, associated gap analysis, and monthly progress reporting.
• This candidate will be a direct line to the program office to support special project planning and execution.
• Support and report out on recovery plans for overdue products (will monitor and track manufacturing process and associated material position).
• Support and manage cost reduction project planning.

Requirements:

• Looking for someone with operations management experience or supply chain experience.
• This role will focus on standard operations management tasks.
• SAP skills to understand production order statuses, part shortages, and demand/part allocation
• Part shortage analysis
• Good communication skills as this role will interface with multiple operations groups and factories
• Data analytics/excel skills
• Manufacturing experience primarily in mechanical components
