The Opportunity

We are seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations across 3 shifts. In this role, you’ll oversee supervisors and operators while ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP standards. What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support production supervisors and operators across multiple shifts.
• Maintain consistent performance and accountability across all shifts.
• Oversee production scheduling to achieve on-time delivery and meet quality targets.
• Monitor KPIs such as productivity, yield, downtime, and labor efficiency.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage material flow, inventory accuracy, and purchasing to prevent shortages.
• Drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Foster a safe work environment and ensure adherence to SOPs and training programs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Report regularly on production performance to senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of production management experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated manufacturing.
• Proven success managing multiple shifts and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of FDA, ISO 13485, and GMP compliance.
• Hands-on experience with production scheduling, ERP/MRP systems, and materials management.
• Leadership style that’s collaborative, approachable, and team-oriented.

Salary: $115,000 per year
