The ideal candidate is a driven, goal-oriented professional with an impeccable work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to execute the best work possible; must take direction and critique gracefully while working effectively with a diverse group of individuals.Must be available to work scheduled shifts which may include weekends as needed Professional e-commerce photography experience is a plus Canon Mark III or DSLR camera experience Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and photo editing tools Strong communication and time management skills Collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills to enable effective teamwork and issue resolution Must be able to operate, lift and carry production equipment up to 40 lbs. Adaptability to new systems and processes with a willingness to learn and apply new skills as needed Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative completing tasks accurately and efficiently Attention to detailExperience with Capture One software
