We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to work closely with a high-net-worth couple in Summerlin, NV. This role requires a dynamic individual who can serve as a gatekeeper, managing all communication on behalf of the Principal. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to coordinate travel extensively, and handle various personal and house management duties. This position is based in the Principal's home in Summerlin and offers a unique opportunity to work closely with an extraordinary UHNW family.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role
Super positive attitude and a can-do mindset
Highly organized and resourceful
Proactive in anticipating needs and solving problems
Polished and presentable, representing the Principal professionally
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexible schedule, with availability on weekends when needed

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the Principal
Coordinate and manage all communication, including emails
Keep the Principal on schedule for all personal and professional commitments
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, transportation, and logistics
Assist with personal travel and quick trips, via commercial and private flights
Work closely with outside services or vendors on various projects
Pack and prepare for travel, ensuring all necessary items are organized
Coordinate vendors, check mail, and assist with basic expense management
Collaborate with the Principal's company on specific aspects of their life
Oversee various household staff schedules and responsibilities
Collaborate with other employees of the family on various tasks
More as needed

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30-5:30PM

Compensation: $65-70K, comprehensive benefits, and discretionary bonus
