Key Responsibilities

Join a dynamic family in the entertainment industry as their trusted personal assistant. We're seeking a highly discreet, intelligent, and driven individual who understands the nuances of supporting two creatives. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage personal and professional tasks, maintain confidentiality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Family Scheduling

  • Manage and maintain the family calendar
  • Support one of the principals with their personal calendar (adding in meetings)
  • Schedule and coordinate doctor and medical appointments

Travel Coordination

  • Organize and book travel arrangements for family members
  • Schedule and coordinate travel, responsible for creating comprehensive itineraries for principals
  • Serve as support during travel ensuring principals have everything they need and all logistics are seamlessly covered

Office and Studio Space Management

Both principals work from studios in separate locations. The assistant will be responsible for keeping the spaces organized and functioning, occasionally opening them up in the morning and ensuring they stay in good shape. 

  • Procure and manage supplies for office and studio spaces 
  • Maintain organization and order in work areas and kitchens
  • Oversee maintenance of studio spaces (both have a cleaner once a week)
  • Stock studio spaces with snacks and refreshments
  • Manage studio calendar

Household Management

  • Help manage and run point across 3 homes the principals have, mainly their home in Los Angeles, but provide as needed support on additional home in out of the country and another vacation property in Southern California
  • Run errands and complete various tasks as needed
  • Maintain household inventory and manage grocery shopping
  • Coordinate with household staff and service providers when needed (i.e. gardener, house keeper, handyman)
  • Schedule and manage car maintenance and servicing
  • Assist with transportation needs for pets and son

Pet Care

  • Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
  • Occasionally assist with dog walking duties

Seasonal and Special Projects

  • Assist with summer activities, travel, and other special projects as they arise

Qualifications:

  • Experience in household management or as a personal assistant, not required but helpful
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must own a reliable vehicle
  • Residence in Los Angeles area
  • Flexibility to work varying hours, including some weekends
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Kind and empathetic personality
  • Self-motivated and driven to excel
  • Responsive and available on weekends as needed

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Starting salary at $70K-80K commensurate with experience
