Ortho West—formerly Carrollton Orthopaedics— is looking for a PRN Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team. We’re committed to delivering personalized, high-quality care in a collaborative environment that values both patient outcomes and professional growth.

Position Summary:

Provide comprehensive, individualized occupational therapy services—including evaluation, treatment planning, functional training, patient education, and development of home programs—designed to improve independence and quality of life.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct patient assessments and create goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver skilled therapy interventions based on best practices
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and strategies
• Collaborate with physicians, PTs, and support staff
• Accurately document patient progress and outcomes
• Foster a supportive and positive rehabilitation experience

What You Bring:

• Current GA Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility within 6 months)
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
• Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passion for empowering patients to regain function and independence
