Primary Job Responsibilities:
• Managing hardware for impactful events for the company.
• Coordination and facilitation of loan requests for partners.
• Inventory logistics, monitoring and reporting.
• Assist partner leads with issue resolution and escalations needed.
• Support loan timelines and processes, inventory audits, as well as activities for all partners.
Key Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory logistics, product lifecycle and/or project management.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to participate in multiple activities concurrently.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintains communication and engagement with vendors and cross-functional partners.
• Experience working on confidential projects is preferred.
• Proficient in Keynote, Pages, Numbers, and Excel.
• Network or/and server administration experience a plus.
