About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, ensure high standards of patient care, and lead a team of nursing professionals. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate nursing operations to ensure quality patient care and compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
• Monitor staffing levels, schedules, and assignments to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Manage departmental budgets, resources, and inventory effectively.
• Address and resolve patient concerns or escalations in a timely and compassionate manner.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in [State].

• Minimum of 3–5 years of progressive nursing leadership experience.
