Nurse or Advanced Practice Provider – Regenerative & Aesthetic Therapies

Overview

Golden Afternoon Clinic is a female-owned, integrative wellness clinic in Santa Monica offering cutting-edge regenerative and psychedelic therapies. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse, Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) to support both our  ketamine-assisted therapy and our expanding  regenerative aesthetic services , including IV therapy, microneedling, and cosmetic injectables.

Key Responsibilities:

IV Therapy & Infusion Care

• Start and monitor IV infusions for ketamine
• Ensure correct preparation and administration of medications and fluids.
• Sedation monitoring and assessing patients for safe discharge after infusions

Aesthetic & Regenerative Treatments

• Perform aesthetic procedures such as microneedling (with or without PRP,) 
• Consultation and administration of neurotoxins, biostimulants and cosmetic injectables.
• Educate patients on regenerative options and support their wellness goals.

Patient Care & Experience

• Provide a warm, grounded, and professional presence.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment that supports emotional and physical healing.

Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain accurate records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Follow all safety, hygiene, and regulatory protocols.

Collaboration

• Work under the direct guidance of our Medical Director (with opportunities for increasing independence over time if NP/PA)
• Collaborate with our therapy and support team to ensure a holistic care experience.

Skills and Qualifications

Required:

• Current RN license (or higher) in California.
• Strong IV placement skills and infusion management experience.
• At least 6 months of experience with aesthetic procedures such as Botox injections and microneedling.
• Comfort working with patients receiving ketamine or other alternative therapies.

Preferred:

• RN, Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license.
• Experience with PRP/PRF, microneedling, biostimulants, peptide injections, or other regenerative modalities.
• Background in aesthetics, psychiatric or integrative medicine is a plus.
• Familiarity with EHR systems.
• ACLS certification

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 – $85.00 per hour (DOE and credentials)

Expected Hours: 8–30 per week
