Payrate:$ 25.00 - 25.00/hr.

Job Description:

• The MarCom Specialist assists in the development of routine marketing communication materials required to support marketing plans and programs.
• Assists with the maintenance of electronic libraries for use in routine advertising, brochures, internet and intranet development, presentations and trade shows.
• Assists in preparing routine reports and various documents to measure various sales and promotional communications effectiveness.
• Assists in coordinating routine projects, such as trade shows, awareness and demand generation campaigns.
• Assists with project tracking for the Marketing Communications department.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Marketing Communications Manager to create digital marketing material such flyers, white papers, videos, PowerPoint presentations for the current product portfolio and upcoming product launches.
• Maintains Customer Services USA Intranet and Internet with content management system and SharePoint tools
• Manages operational tools, including the regulatory review process and opening job requests for creative services and other channel partners.
• Maintains content libraries and ensures usability for sales
• Manages and executes internal communication projects such as internal newsletter.

Background:

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Experience with Microsoft 365 apps a plus

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience Level: Entry-level; recent college graduates are acceptable. Ideal range is 0–3 years, including internships.
• Education: Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Detail-oriented
• Strong writing proficiency
• Project management
• Communication and stakeholder collaboration
• Skills (Nice-to-Have):
• Website/content management experience (e.g., WordPress)
• Familiarity with Scrovito (internal CMS tool; training provided)

Technical Requirements:

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
• General business acumen
