About the Role

Akkodis is currently seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment, and drive improvements that reduce downtime and boost productivity. The Maintenance Manager will play a role part in ensuring safety, quality, and ISO 9001 compliance.

Salary Range: $140,000-160,000

What You’ll Do

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance technicians.
• Oversee preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and automated equipment.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules to keep operations running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and drive solutions that reduce downtime.
• Implement continuous improvement projects to increase efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ISO 9001 requirements.
• Manage department budgets and track performance metrics (KPIs).
• Build a positive, safe, and productive team culture.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• 3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong technical background in hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, drives, compressors, pumps, and PLC/HMI systems.
• Hands-on experience with preventative and predictive maintenance.
• Solid understanding of ISO 9001 standards and industrial safety codes.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with CMMS systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in continuous process manufacturing (metals, plastics, or other high-volume industries) is a plus.
