Our client in Sparks, MD , is seeking hands-on Machine Operators and Kit Assemblers to join their team.

*Must be able to commute to Sparks, MD and commit to scheduled shift and have steel toe shoes .

This is a temp-hire opportunity !

💲 Pay: $18.50/hr (2nd Shift)

🕒 Schedule: 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM (Mon-Fri) ( Training for 3 weeks on 1st shift )

Responsibilities:

• Operate fully/semi-automatic machines such as fillers, cappers, and labelers, which often require two operators.
• Troubleshoot issues and replace worn parts to maintain efficient operations.
• Maintain tools and independently retrieve supplies from the warehouse.
• Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain a clean work area and adhere to GMP, HACCP, and safety guidelines.
• Complete daily records accurately and follow production schedules.

As an Assembler , you'll build water test kits used for pools and spas. This role is hands-on, detail-focused, and essential to the production team.

💲 Pay: $16.50/hr (1st Shift)

Shift: 1st Shift: 6:00AM - 4:30PM (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Assemble test kits following diagrams and work instructions
• Verify correct components and accurate labeling
• Package finished kits for shipment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all safety and quality standards
• Assist with inventory restocking as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
