Private Family in Greenwich, CT Seeking a Live-In Executive Housekeeper
Position: Full-Time, Live-In Executive Housekeeper
Schedule: Tuesday morning – Saturday evening (off Saturday night through Monday)
Salary: $1600 – $2000/week DOE
Start Date:End of September
Relocation: No Must retrun home on Saturday nights
A warm and welcoming private couple in Greenwich, CT is seeking a dedicated and professional Live-In Executive Housekeeper to join their household. The home is informal but maintained to a high standard, and the couple is looking for someone detail-oriented, communicative, and service-minded. The husband is blind and follows a consistent routine, so someone who is respectful, patient, and organized is essential
Children: None in the home
Home Size: 7,000 sq ft residence
Pets: One friendly dog
Household Staff: Live-out House Manager
Prepare breakfast (cereal and fruit) for the husband each morning by 7:30 AM
Prepare simple lunch (sandwich) and assist with cooking dinner (typically fish and vegetables)
Tidy kitchen and clean up after meals
Perform daily housekeeping duties: bed making, vacuuming, floor care, laundry, ironing
Keep track of household supplies and notify the house manager when items need replenishment
Respect and maintain the husband’s established routines with meticulous attention to detail
Drive locally as needed using the family car
Travel with the family to Old Saybrook, CT during the summer months
Enjoy ample downtime and afternoon breaks
The ideal candidate is warm, easygoing, and loves caring for others. They should have a strong service mindset, excellent attention to detail, and experience working in high-end homes. The family values someone who is flexible, clear in their communication, and comfortable adapting to the evolving needs of the household. A genuine interest in long-term placement is essential.
Prior experience in a similar role in a private household

Legal to work in the United States
Speaks clear English and communicates effectively
Driver’s license and clean driving record (must drive; family car provided)
Comfortable with pets
Willing to travel to CT shoreline in summer months
