Job Description
City agency needs researchers to support legal department doing research and heavy administrative functions. Must have strong knowledge of excel.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Electronic Files: e.g., download, copy, move, and rename files and folders
- Conducting searches for electronic records
- Processing affirmations
- Light report running internal, interdepartmental and external communication with vendors, staff and stakeholders
- Use Microsoft Office: respond to emails/calendar invites in Outlook and search, sort, and filter Excel spreadsheets.
- Use Adobe Acrobat: rename, edit, and combine Adobe PDFs as well as convert non-PDF files to PDFs
Requirements:
- High computer literacy.
- High proficiency in Excel is a must!!!
- Good organizational skills
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Must be able to be in office 100%
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 9am to 530pm (hard cap on 35 hours)
Pay: $23/hr
