Key Responsibilities:

• Handle antitrust aspects of M&A transactions, including Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) filings.

• Interface with federal regulatory bodies, including the DOJ Antitrust Division and FTC Bureau of Competition.

• Conduct legal research, analyze antitrust issues, and contribute to strategic case planning.

• Draft memos, regulatory responses, and internal guidance documents.

• Support partners in advising clients on complex transactional structures.

• Participate in client meetings, regulatory strategy sessions, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications:

• JD from a nationally recognized law school with excellent academic credentials.

• Admission to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction (DC Bar preferred).

• 1–4 years of experience in antitrust law with emphasis on merger control and regulatory review.

• Familiarity with HSR Act procedures and regulatory agency interactions.

• Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage regulatory timelines and collaborate in fast-paced settings.
