Job Description

A top Fortune 50 financial institution in Pensacola, Florida is currently seeking an IT Logistics Specialist to join their onsite operations. This role supports both IT troubleshooting and warehouse logistics to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions.

About the Opportunity:

• Setting: 100% Onsite
• Location: Pensacola, Florida
• Hours: Monday-Friday, standard business hours
• Environment: Office and warehouse setting
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs)

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshooting and resolving basic IT hardware and software issues
• Supporting logistics functions including inventory control, shipping/receiving, and asset tracking
• Preparing and deploying IT equipment for new hires and staff
• Maintaining accurate documentation of IT support activities and inventory records
• Coordinating cross-functionally to fulfill technical and operational needs
• Ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or logistics-related roles
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or technical degree preferred)
• Familiarity with basic hardware (PCs, printers, scanners) and common software troubleshooting
• Experience in warehouse operations or logistics support
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational and documentation skills
• Customer-service mindset with the ability to problem-solve under pressure

Desired Skills:

• 3+ years of combined IT and warehouse support experience
• Associate degree or IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+)
• Experience with help desk ticketing systems
• Familiarity with inventory management software
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
