Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Inside Sales Representative - Steel Coil Sales for our steel manufacturing client to start immediately at up to $70k/annually + commissions DOE! Receive comprehensive benefits through our client upon hire!
Responsibilities:
We’re seeking a proactive, self-motivated Inside Sales Representative to expand our end-user customer base. If you have a knack for sales—regardless of the industry—you'll find a rewarding opportunity here. You'll manage your own accounts and oversee the entire sales cycle from initial contact to delivery.
- Identify and develop new end-user accounts
- Manage and grow your own book of business
- Handle quoting, order entry (using PS Data), and work orders
- Coordinate with our shipping department to ensure timely deliveries
- Communicate order updates and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams
- Monitor pricing, market trends, and lead times
- Achieve monthly sales and activity goals
Location: Bridgeview, IL
Schedule/Shift Details: First shift
Qualifications:
- Previous sales in a manufacturing environment (2-3 years) required
- Steel industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Proactive and organized with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume phone and email outreach
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through
- Familiarity with ERP systems; experience with PS Data is advantageous
