This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, primarily through inbound, warm calling, and business development efforts. This is a Full-Time position in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from prospective clients, providing detailed product information and solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through effective communication and customer service
• Collaborate with our internal team to help develop strategies for lead generation and business development
• Learn and maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate value propositions
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or outbound efforts to maximize conversion rates

Experience

• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment
