Job Description

HR Coordinator

St. Louis, MO - Hybrid

12 months contract

Knowledge Skills and Abilities required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and leadership
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Must work effectively with HR cross functional teams and other departments within the organization while also working independently
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret general benefits/policy related topics
  • Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task
  • Possess professional demeanor and a strong grasp of corporate culture and protocol
  • Strong problem-solving skills and exercises good judgment
  • Sense of urgency for quick turnaround on requests and follow through to completion
  • Demonstrates initiative and creativity
  • Flexibility and adjusting to an evolving landscape and changing HR needs and priorities

Qualifications Required:

  • 1+ years of experience in a HR and/or TA related function at a coordinator level or above
  • Experience with office administration, data entry, and strong proficiency in HR systems
  • Providing high levels of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically advanced level with Microsoft Outlook and intermediate level with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience and knowledge of HRIS systems, Workday and Dayforce
  • Experience with iCIMS or other applicant tracking systems
  • Experience with scheduling interviews and calendar coordination
  • Experience running standard and ad-hoc reports, and analysis
  • Experience with FMLA case coordination and administration
