Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Onsite Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial real estate and/or long-form print design, with a proven ability to translate complex information into compelling visual narratives. This role is crucial for our marketing and business development efforts, requiring a creative professional who can manage multiple projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Production: Conceptualize, design, and produce a wide range of marketing materials, with a primary focus on both digital and print assets.
  • Commercial Real Estate: Create high-impact property brochures, offering memorandums (OMs), pitch books, proposals, and presentation decks.
  • Long-Form Print: Execute sophisticated layouts for multi-page documents, including annual reports, magazines, and other long-form collateral. Manage the entire print production lifecycle, from preparing press-ready files to coordinating with external print vendors.
  • Digital Asset Creation: Develop graphics for digital platforms, including email campaigns, social media content, website banners, and digital advertisements, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
  • Brand Management: Uphold and maintain our company’s brand identity and design standards across all materials. Ensure visual consistency, accuracy, and quality control in all deliverables.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with commercial real estate brokers, marketing professionals, and other internal stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative solutions, and incorporate feedback.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and marketing techniques to continuously enhance the quality and creativity of our visual materials.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in commercial real estate and/or long-form print.
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign , as well as proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Knowledge of print production processes, including file setup, color management (CMYK), and proofing.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional eye for detail, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly to non-designers.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
