Brightstar is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Lakeland office to support recruitment for our Global Lottery business unit. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global recruitment operations, candidate engagement, and HR project support. As part of a fast-paced and mission-driven team, you’ll assist in sourcing top talent, coordinating interviews, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives. This role is ideal for students interested in human resources, global business, or organizational development.
Recruitment Support
• Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for hourly and salaried roles
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and professional recruitment process
• Manage job postings and candidate communications using SAP SuccessFactors
University Relations & Internship Program
• Coordinate intern onboarding, orientation, and engagement activities
• Support campus outreach efforts including job postings, career fairs, and event logistics
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems and assist with onboarding documentation
• Promote employer branding through intern stories and program content
• Evaluate program success through feedback collection and reporting
People & Talent Administrative Support
• Provide general administrative support to the People Partner, including file organization, onboarding tracking, and report preparation
• Handle ad hoc tasks to support employee engagement and operational needs
• Currently enrolled in a college or university program (Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred)
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, university relations, or HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $19.00 per hour. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.
