About the Opportunity

Bell Brothers , a leading residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service provider in the Greater Sacramento area, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team. You will be responsible for the full scope of our business operations—from P&L ownership and strategic planning to managing a team of over 250 employees. This role is perfect for a hands-on leader who excels in high-volume environments and has a deep understanding of the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Growth: Drive the business to new heights, focusing on increasing sales, improving efficiency, and expanding our market presence.
  • P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the financial health of the business, ensuring we meet and exceed revenue and profit targets.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of our operations, including service, installation, and support teams, to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a dedicated team of employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Change Management: Implement strategic and tactical changes with grace and ease, ensuring a smooth transition and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in the residential HVAC industry, with at least 5-10 years in a General/Regional Manager capacity. Experience managing operations with revenue of $70M+ is essential.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of sales, operations, finance, and people management. Proficiency with Service Titan or similar dispatch/ERP software is a plus.
  • Mindset: A proactive, results-oriented leader with an ownership mentality and a proven ability to inspire and empower a team.
