Fulfillment Specialist

This is a contractor position on the Inventory Reconciliation team, focused on Reverse Supply Chain operations (handling returns and returned inventory).

The primary goal of the role is to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies to prevent negative customer experiences and maintain accurate inventory control. The position requires a high degree of accuracy and speed , especially in data entry and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting: Creating and managing daily/weekly reports on key metrics like production levels, service levels, and customer impact.
• Data Entry & Research: Performing heavy, accurate data entry and conducting complex research to resolve inventory issues.
• Collaboration: Working closely with a 3rd party logistics vendor and various internal teams.
• Process Management: Understanding the entire returns process, from order creation to the final disposition of products.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel (especially formulas) and experience with SAP.
• Analytical Skills: Highly developed critical thinking and ability to conduct complex research.
• Communication: Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with multiple levels of the organization.
• Personal Attributes: Comfortable with repetitive tasks, flexible, team-oriented, and able to work with multiple computer systems.

Important Note: The role requires meeting daily deadlines and involves mandatory overtime, including weekends , as needed.
