RANDOM/RANDOM was founded by Marcelo Costa, a Brazilian-born creative director with over 20 years of experience across New York, London, and São Paulo.

THIS ROLE

We're looking for a Freelance Content Creator to join our team on a contract basis. This hybrid role is based in New York City and will require occasional in-person meetings. Your key goal is to grow our engagement and followers base on platforms like Instagram and TikTok, to ultimately convert sales and keep building our brand.

You'll be responsible for managing the brand's social media accounts, developing social media content based on existing brand assets and guidelines, managing the content calendar, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating/interacting with influencers and partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in content creation and social media management

• Proven track record of growing brands through digital content strategy

• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a sharp, culturally aware tone

• Video production skills, including shooting and editing

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop and Illustrator)

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Design, Film, Marketing, Photography, Advertising, Communications is a nice to have

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with precision

• Strong strategic and problem-solving skills

• Experience in fashion, luxury, or art-focused brands is a plus

• A passion for fashion, photography, and contemporary culture
