: Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly! This position focuses on supporting the warehouse by safely and efficiently operating motorized forklifts to load and unload trucks, move finished products, and maintain organized inventory. If you're passionate about teamwork, safety, and precision, this is the opportunity for you!

Hours: Monday Thru Thursday 6am-3pm Fridays 6am-2pm. Need to be flexible to stay over when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

As a valued team member, you will:

• Safely operate forklifts while adhering to safety, quality standards, and GMPs.

• Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and forklift operational protocols.

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for truck loading and freight receiving.

• Organize the warehouse efficiently, ensuring all products are stored in correct locations.

• Accurately complete required documentation for shipping and receiving processes.

• Maintain compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and all regulations.

• Implement proper rotation of ingredients, packaging, and finished goods.

• Participate in warehouse cleaning and sanitation schedules.

• Contribute to special projects and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience: 1-2 years in warehouse operations; Food & Beverage industry experience preferred. Familiarity with aluminum cans is a bonus!

• Certifications: Forklift certification (training provided by us).

• Effective communication and the ability to follow instructions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that promote trust, accountability, and teamwork.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

Here's what to expect on the job:

Physical Requirements:

• Perform tasks involving standing, sitting, twisting, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs).
• Handle repetitive motions for 2-3 hours at a time.
• Maintain visual acuity for inspection and detail-oriented tasks.

Work Environment:

• Operate in a food manufacturing plant, encountering moderate to high noise levels.
• Work in varying conditions (hot, cold, wet, or humid environments).
• Exposure to raw food ingredients (including allergens), chemicals, and moving machinery.
• Always adhere to safety standards, including wearing hairnets, beard nets, earplugs, bump caps, and steel-toed/composite-toed shoes.
