Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Premier Coach to join our dynamic team and lead our Premier class. The Premier class is Functional Fitness, High-Intercity that involves rotating through various exercises and intensity levels.. As a Premier Coach for Deka and CrossFit, you will be responsible for creating an inspiring and results-driven workout experience for our members, helping them achieve their fitness goals, and ensuring their safety and enjoyment during each session. We are excited to welcome a dedicated and enthusiastic Premier Coach to our team who can elevate the Deka and CrossFit class experience and contribute to the overall success of ZHF. Compensation: $20 to $30 per class ( based on a 60-minute class) Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate the Deka or CrossFit class sessions, guiding participants through functional movement training in different stages.
• Provide personalized attention and coaching to participants, offering modifications and adjustments as needed to accommodate individual fitness levels and any potential injuries.
• Motivate and inspire participants to push their limits, achieve their fitness goals, and maintain a positive and energetic atmosphere throughout the class.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants by following proper exercise techniques and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workout space, and promptly report any equipment issues or maintenance needs to the gym management.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in training and fitness coaching to continuously enhance the quality of the Premier class.
• Collaborate with other coaches and gym staff to create a seamless and cohesive gym experience for members.
• Participate in gym-related events, promotions, and educational opportunities to promote the Premier class and the gym as a whole.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years experience as a fitness coach.
• Ability to execute well-structured workouts that cater to various fitness levels.
• Possess relevant certifications in fitness training (e.g., ACE, NASM, ACSM, AFAA, or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage participants during workouts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with gym members and staff.
• A passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals.
• Ability to handle and adapt to different group dynamics and maintain a positive and inclusive workout environment.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willing to obtain before starting the position).
• Availability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent certification. (GED)
