GNC is seeking an experienced high-volume Retail Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition Team based out of Pittsburgh, PA. This role requires a strategic and independent professional to manage high-volume recruiting efforts focused on sourcing and screening diverse talent throughout our retail organization.

The Retail Recruiter is responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals throughout the organization. They work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
