Required Skills & Experience
• 5-7 years in a senior building engineer role in a commercial or federal building (no apartments)
○ Having worked with HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, building automation
• Management or leadership experience
○ Excel, Outlook & computer knowledge
Must have a valid drivers license
Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced Building Engineer Supervisor to lead our building engineers team of 17 individuals and ensure top-tier building operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing mechanical systems, maintenance, and safety programs
• Conducting inspections and coordinating repairs
• Managing staff development and performance
• Supporting emergency response and compliance efforts
You will collaborate closely with property managers, vendors, and senior leadership to maintain high standards of service, safety, and operational efficiency across assigned properties.
