Estimator
The Estimator is responsible for managing the full estimating process—from planning through procurement—across all project scopes. This includes preparing estimates, managing budgets, coordinating bid coverage, and overseeing procurement throughout preconstruction and construction. Estimates range from conceptual budgets to detailed lump-sum bids.
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
Compensation may vary based on experience and qualifications and may factor in benefits and bonus opportunities.

Typical responsibilities include reviewing project designs, developing scopes and estimates, coordinating with trade contractors, and participating in project meetings to discuss cost, constructability, and design impacts.
