Growing Electrical Contractor - $140-200K + 25% Bonus

The Opportunity: We're building 14 AWS data center facilities over the next three years, transforming our division from $15M to $200M in annual revenue. With contracts already secured, you'll focus on execution, not chasing work. The mission critical division is scaling from 25 to 350+ employees, and we need proven leaders to drive this expansion.

Your Role:

• Manage overall financial performance and profitability of assigned data center projects
• Coordinate with superintendents and field teams to exceed productivity goals
• Negotiate subcontracts and purchase orders for mission-critical installations
• Lead monthly cost reporting and ensure compliance with AWS specifications
• Mentor and develop growing project teams

What You Bring:

• Strong understanding of NEC and electrical theory
• Proven ability to read construction specifications and detailed drawings
• Experience with construction scheduling and cost management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Spectrum, Accubid, Bluebeam
