What You’ll Do
As the EHS Training Specialist , you will be the first line of safety leadership for those entering our manufacturing plants or construction sites. You will:
✅ Lead engaging new-hire safety orientations (in-person & virtual)
✅ Deliver OSHA-required and skills-based training including:
You’ll help build confidence, capability, and a strong safety mindset from day one.
What You Bring
✔ 3+ years delivering safety training in manufacturing or construction
✔ Ability to simplify technical safety topics and connect with diverse teams
✔ Strong computer skills with digital training platforms
✔ Experience teaching Authorized/Qualified Person programs preferred
✔ Certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST a plus
✔ A passion for influencing people and driving continuous improvement
