How you will make an impact:
The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall management, compliance, and success of the assisted living clinical services program licensed by the Minnesota Department of Health. The Director of Nursing will ensure that all clinical staff are trained and competent to not only provide quality service but delight the residents along the way. Ensure that the initiation of services is seamless and that personalized care plans are updated to reflect the residents' needs and desires. Work with a team of nurses to deliver exceptional results.
Salary Range for this position is $95-$115,000/year | Credit given for experienceSchedule is Monday-Friday, Day Shift (8 AM - 5 PM) with Weekend Call Rotation
