Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Direct Hire Recruiter to join our staffing agency team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for direct placement opportunities across various industries. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to match high-quality candidates with long-term career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for direct hire placements, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs, company culture, and job requirements.
  • Proactively source qualified candidates through job boards, networking, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates and provide thorough follow-up and feedback.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process through to successful placement.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with all agency procedures.
  • Provide exceptional service to both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
  • Proven success in placing candidates in direct hire roles across a variety of industries.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with proficiency in using job boards and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with both clients and candidates in a sales-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with direct placement in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or professional services.
