DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER

We're The Big Marlin Group - a Marketing Solutions Company based in Gilbert, Arizona specializing in finding marketing solutions that produce BIG results for local and national companies. Our portfolio of clients spans across 47 states and 2 countries from home services, to non-profits, med spas, and everything in between.

We are looking for a Digital Account Manager to join our growing Client Services Team. The ideal candidate thrives on optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance, collaborating with teams, and implementing innovative strategies to drive measurable results.

This position is full-time and based in Gilbert, AZ, and you must work from the office during regular business hours.

Job Responsibilities [MS2]

• Set up and optimize multiple paid digital accounts including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Yelp Ads, Nextdoor Ads, Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Ads effectively.
• Analyze campaign performance and use data to improve client ROI.
• Develop and present digital strategies based on competitive research and market trends.
• Prepare client reports and present key findings to clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to execute marketing strategies.
• Mentor Digital Account Coordinators and contribute to their growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Google Ads certifications
• Bonus: Previous agency experience
