🚀 We're Hiring: Data Scientist

📍 Cary, NC or Irving, TX (On-site only)

💼 Duration: 12 months

Pay Rate: $48 to $53 per hour (plus full benefits) for North Carolina. See Irving posting for rates local to that area.

🔍 About the Role

As a Data Scientist , you’ll work with large volumes of structured and unstructured data to build predictive models, uncover trends, and support strategic decision-making. This is a hands-on role that blends statistical expertise, programming skills, and business acumen to solve complex challenges and drive innovation.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources
• Analyze data in Snowflake and prepare it for consumption
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and anomalies
• Design and implement machine learning models (regression, classification, clustering, NLP)
• Build dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI
• Automate data workflows and model deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams
• Stay current with emerging data science tools and techniques

👥 Who You’ll Work With

You’ll be part of a collaborative team of 10+ professionals, working closely with both technical and business stakeholders in a full-time, on-site environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in data science (internships count!)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Snowflake)
• Excellent communication skills and business acumen
