Job Description

Role: Customer Service Specialist

Location: Modesto, CA

Hours: M-F Must be available for shifts from 8-4:30, or 8:30-5

Fully onsite role

Contract: 6 months plus extensions

Payrate: $23/hr

Key Requirements:

  • Work onsite M-F
  • Typing: 40 wpm
  • High School Diploma
  • Call center experience

Akkodis is partnering with a health plan in Central Valley, CA who is looking for Customer Service Representatives for a 4-6 month temporary contract. Under direct supervision, responsible for responding to and resolving a variety of inquiries, requests and issues from external and internal customers in a call center environment.
