Overview:

We’re seeking a bilingual (Spanish or French) Customer Service Representative II to join our HR Service Center team. This role focuses on delivering a seamless, compassionate, and solution-driven customer experience across multiple communication channels. The ideal candidate will handle high-volume inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy while collaborating with global HR teams to resolve complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to employee inquiries via phone, email, and chat with accuracy and professionalism.
• Manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining service quality.
• Collaborate with HR teams globally to ensure quick and effective issue resolution.
• Handle complex HR transactions such as reporting relationship changes, cost center updates, and organizational restructuring.
• Identify and escalate critical or at-risk customer cases with empathy and care.
• Capture customer feedback to support process improvements and enhance the service experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Fluent in English and Spanish or French (fluency in both is a plus).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Workday, and Salesforce or similar HR/CRM systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work varying shifts and mandatory seasonal overtime.
