Day To Day:

A client is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team in Atlanta, GA. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates who align with the company culture and values. The responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Source candidates through various channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with TA and department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Compensation:

$25/hr to $35/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
