Job Description

We’re seeking a seasoned Superintendent to lead onsite operations for both renovation and ground-up federal construction projects. This is a high-impact leadership role that drives the success of our field teams and projects, while ensuring excellence, safety, and compliance at every step.

You’ll be responsible for supervising all phases of construction, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is delivered on time and to spec. Our portfolio spans federal and military-base projects in active/occupied spaces across medium- to large-scale scopes.

Location: Springfield MA / Pensacola FL

Salary Range: $100,000 – $130,000

Travel Requirements

This role involves frequent travel throughout the East Coast and occasionally nationwide. Upcoming assignments include Springfield, MA and Pensacola, FL.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day onsite construction activities
  • Coordinate and supervise all subcontractor work
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal construction protocols
  • Maintain high standards for safety, scheduling, and quality
  • Represent the company as a field leader—fostering a positive, solutions-focused site culture

Qualifications

  • 7–20 years of experience managing commercial or residential ground-up construction
  • Experience with federal/military construction projects strongly preferred
  • Must be able to obtain government security clearance
  • OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 preferred
  • C-QCM/SSHO certified
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Must be comfortable working in occupied-space environments
