Job Description

The Construction Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and closeout of construction projects by coordinating schedules, documentation, communication, and resources. This role ensures that projects run smoothly, on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Duties include:

• Support project managers with scheduling, progress tracking, and overall project coordination.
• Manage project administration including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout documentation.
• Handle invoicing and accounts payable support, including purchase order tracking, vendor invoice processing, and cost reporting.
• Assist with contract administration by maintaining contracts, compliance records, insurance certificates, and permits.
• Serve as a communication link between project teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure efficient project execution.
