Ready to make a change and start earning? We’re hiring CDL-A trainees in Fort Smith, AR to join our hands-on paid training program. You’ll get paid weekly while learning the ropes of over-the-road trucking — then move into your own truck and start your career the right way.

What’s Included:

• Paid CDL Training: $650 per week during training
• Solo Driver Pay After Training: $1,000–$1,400+ weekly
• CPM Pay (DOE): $0.43–$0.51 per mile
• Home Time: 12–14 days out, 34-hour reset at home
• Freight: Dry van – mix of live loads and drop & hook
• Bonus: $15 per stop once you’re solo
• Equipment: Assigned late-model tractor after training

Ideal Candidates:

• CDL-A license holders, including recent grads
• Willing to run OTR in 12–14 day cycles
• Located within 200 miles of Fort Smith, AR 72901
• Motivated, safety-conscious, and coachable
