Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Duration: 6 months contract with potential to extend

Job Overview:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of requirements, complete statistical analysis, and manage change across key stakeholders.
  • Draft execution plans, including technical, training, and program materials.
  • Drive strategy from implementation to sustainability, including technical and operational execution.
  • Act as a subject matter expert interfacing with key risk partners, the LOB, Technology, Operations, and Supply Chain for the Third Party Program.
  • Ensure effective design, assessment, monitoring, and execution between the Third Party Program, risk partner program, supply chain, and the LOB.
  • Conduct statistical and process analysis to ensure alignment between risk partner and Third Party Program requirements.
  • Perform root cause and statistical analysis to address system and/or process defects.
  • Support system design from concept to implementation, including Technology refinement, UAT Testing, and updating associated program materials and training.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Experience in domestic and international Third Party risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, and process design.
  • Strong understanding of third-party risk concepts and operational risk frameworks.
  • Experience with third-party risk platforms and processes in financial services.
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, and implement solutions.
  • Proven ability to think both strategically and tactically, with a relentless focus on operational implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Flexible and adaptable to frequent change.

Pay Range: $60 - $65

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
