The Opportunity:

The Billing Coordinator position requires exceptional organizational skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and a positive attitude.

In this role, you will:

• Track and receive timesheets daily.
• Ensure contracts and supporting documentation are consistent with incoming timesheets
• Validate that timesheets have required signatures
• Monitor travel receipts, resolve issues to ensure timeliness of billing
• Process timesheets and all related travel for Billing

Here’s what we look for:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• Strong MS-Excel skills
• Prior billing experience a plus
• Demonstrable organizational skills
• Enjoy working in a high energy, deadline-oriented environment
• Effective decision-making and follow-through
• Ability to effectively communicate process to internal/external customers
• Able to effectively manage time, multi-task and set priorities
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Possess strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
